I've tried everything. Asking for help, and nothing.. Whenever I do the command /create (my server name) (end, nether, or survival) it does nothing. Nothing shows.

Do any errors appear when running "/sk reload all" or any console error when running "/create (my server name) (end, nether, or survival)"?
 
Can you please reformat your post using a code block
Its 100% impossible to read your code based on how it is written
 
I think you just have to make it control if arg-1 is set. Just add "if arg-1 is set:" underneath the trigger.
