Hello, how to clear hited arrows from the player body ? thanks for helping.

I think it's not possible with Bukkit yet.
It's completely possible and you can do it with Skript-Mirror:

code_language.skript:
function setArrows(number: number, player: player) :: boolean:
  if {_number} is less than or equal to {Byte}.MAX_VALUE!:
    if {_number} is greater than or equal to {Byte}.MIN_VALUE!:
      set {_l::*} to 9 and new {Byte}("%{_number}%")
      {_player}.getHandle().getDataWatcher().watch({_l::*});
      return true
  return false
This is a function @Pikachu made with Skript-Mirror, that should work for 1.8.8 users, I doubt if it stills works on 1.9+. Skellett also has the following effect:

code_language.skript:
remove [(the|all)] [of] [the] arrows stuck in %player%
