Cancel block place

Hello guys!
I'm working on a FFA skript to my server, but i need a part that does so then you place an oak wood block, then there goes 6 seconds and it will be removed.
Are there someone out there, that know how to do that?

on place of oak wood:
    wait 6 seconds
    set block at event-location to air
