So I am about to start some bungee management for my server such as making all anti cheat messages go to staff members online in any server (Example: player is hacking in kitpvp and staff in survival gets the message about it)
How exactly would I send a message to player over bungee that has the permission to recieve those messages?
I saw that Skellet has bungee stuff such as sending messages, but how do I check if a player has permission to see that message?
