    Make player shoot a firework

    I'm trying to make player summon a firework when shooting while looking up, but I'm getting the error message: "Can't understand this condition/effect: make shooter run command..." on projectile shoot: projectile is arrow if shooter's pitch is less than -80: cancel event...
