Command usage:
/flight(|f|fly) [<player>] [<true|false>]
Examples:

"/f" toggles YOUR flight
"/f __6" - toggles __6's flight
"/f false" - turns YOUR flight off
"/f __6 true" - turns __6's flight on

keepFlightOnWorldChange - Keeps the player's flight state when they switch worlds.
keepFlightOnDeath - Keeps the player's flight state when they die.
