is there a paint skript? basicly when you right/left click on wool with a block in your hand that wool block turns into the block your holding?

Link doesn't work but from what I understand...

on right click with wool:
    cancel event
    set clicked block to player's tool

on click on wool:
    player is not holding air
    cancel event
    set clicked block to player's tool
