Suggested name: Soup Regeneration

What I want:
When a player eat a mooshroom stew he regenerate healt by 3

Ideas for commands: no command

Ideas for permissions: no permissions

When I'd like it by: 2-4 hours

on consume:
    event-item is a Mushroom Stew
    set player's health to player's health+3 #you can use [add 3 to player's health] too
