How can i use this command: "/setblock ~ ~1 ~ minecraft:mob_spawner 0 replace {EntityId:FallingSand,SpawnData:{Block:dirt,Data:0,Time:1}}" with relative coords in skript?

What do you want it to be, like when you do a command eg. "/spawner", or on a random timer?

Why would you want it to be a falling sand block when you could just place the block?
