Runnable command only inside region

Suggested name: hvcm

What I want:
I own a prison server and I want players to be able to reset the mines by themselves. I want them to the command that would only be runnable when they are inside of the region of that mine. If you need any other info here are the plugins that I use that this skript may need (MineResetLite(For the Mines ofc), and WorldGuard(for regions)..

Ideas for commands: /mr

Ideas for permissions: reset.mine

When I'd like it by: Now if it's simple or in 2 or 3 days
