I believe FreshCoal has a Json web request API. You can use JsonSk, Reqn or SkUtils? to handle the json web request and grab the tag of a head and transfer it to the NBT of a head using SkStuff.
I just know the mental way or doing it. I don't know the syntax of anything I said in Skript, someone else can help you with that. I don't use any of the addons I said. Sorry.
