can skript make change item name for 2 seconds?

i want to make change on hand item name for 2 seconds and item names are be back. can skript embody it?
 
code_language.skript: 
set {_name} to name of player's tool
set name of player's tool to "hi"
wait 2 seconds
set name of player's tool to "%{_name}%"
