Suggested name: Carts

Spigot/Skript Version: 1.14.4

What I want:
I would like a menu that is opened on a command. In there people can select a cart to ride around with the WASD keys on your keyboard.
This cart is a 3D model that I can set in a config per cart.
The model is sitting on the head of an armorstand so players kan sit in it.

Ideas for commands:
/Carts - - - - - - Opens the menu
/park - - - - - - Removes the used car

Ideas for permissions:
Carts.menu
Carts.Carname - - - - - setable in config?
