    Spawn items in a one block radius of a block

    is there a way to spawn items in a 1 block radius my current code (it only spawns on the black carpet atm) set {_itemdrop.loc} to location at 214.500, 74, 142.500 in world "world" drop 1 coal at {_itemdrop.loc} without velocity
