i want to add a cooldown to it

        apply potion of wither 2 to all players in radius 10 of player where [input != player]
    else:
        send "&7[&bKits&7] &fYou can't use abilities in Lobby!"
        play sound "entity.blaze.hurt" with volume 100 and pitch 1 to player
        cancel event
