    4.             Set {_x} To x-coordinate of {mb.worldboarder.%arg-1%}
    5.             Set {_z} To z-coordinate of {mb.worldboarder.%arg-1%}
    6.             set {_w} to "{@world}" parsed as a world
    7.             #send "%{mb.worldboarder.%arg-1%}% %{_w}%  %{_x}%,%{_z}%"
    8.             {_w}.getWorldBorder().setSize(600,0)
    9.             {_w}.getWorldBorder().setCenter(%{_x}%,%{_z}%)
    10.             wait 30 seconds
    11.             {_w}.getWorldBorder().setSize(200,60)
    12.             wait 30 seconds
    13.             {_w}.getWorldBorder().setSize(100,60)

    You don't need %'s around {_x} and {_z}. Also you need semicolons at the end of the lines that set the size and center of the worldborder

    Why are you using skript-mirror for this? You could easily use MundoSK.
