How do you make a skript that runs when the player is under a certain y level. I don't mean "y coord of player" because that is an expression. I want a y coord event that lets me trigger code that teleports them to spawn. Is this possible?

Try making it so that at that certain y coord the servers console either sudos the player to teleport to spawn, or make it so the console executes the command /spawn (player)

Could you send here your current code please? And, you could just use:

every second:
    loop all players:
        if loop-player's y location <= 2:
