What I want:
A skripted ban system with silent bans that is like veltpvp, such as
/ban user reason -s
/ban user reason
/kick user reason
/kick user reason -s
/banwave activate

Ideas for commands:
/ban
/tempban
/kick
/mute
/banwave - /bw
/logs - Ban History
Ideas for permissions:
mostly:
sk.ban
sk.mute
things like that
When I'd like it by: A reasonable time
