Suggested name: Dual Wielding

What I want:
I want a Skript to read off-hand tool's (weapon in practical use) attack damage and attack speed.
I want this skript to do damage on right click but that damage should be reduced by armor of victim's armor.
I wanted to drop victim's tool to the ground but I did it already so I don't need it anymore.

When I'd like it by: It would be nice if it would be done faster than never :emoji_grinning:. It's not large but for me that's hard part of code in Skript.
