Spigot/Skript Version: 1.7.10 x 2.2

What I want:
skript that when I put the command /trending show you a top 10 of the most typed hashtags in chat, I have already tried to do it but i failed, could you guys help me?

Ideas for commands:
/trending | /trending clear

Ideas for permissions: command.trending

When I'd like it by: Sooner as possible
