Im coding SG in skript and ran into this problem, whenever the game starts I want all the players that are playing to be teleported to different spawnpoints, I can't really seem to find a way to make it work and I also can't really figure out how to check if a spawnpoint is already taken by another player. How could I do this?

I am new at Skript but I think this should work for you:
    Code (Text):
    1. command /sendplayers:
    2.     trigger:
    3.         set {spawn-point1} to false
    4.         set {spawn-point2} to false
    5.         broadcast "SENDING PLAYERS TO ARENA!"
    6.         execute player command "tpme"
    7. command /tpme:
    8.     trigger:
    9.         if {spawn-point1} is false:
    10.             teleport player to location -2, 80, 703 in world "bskyblock_world"
    11.             message "spawnpoint1" to player
    12.             set {spawn-point1} to true
    13.         else if {spawn-point2} is false:
    14.             teleport player to location -5, 70, 699 in world "bskyblock_world"
    15.             message "spawnpoint2" to player
    16.             set {spawn-point2} to true
i checked the skript but maybe its not for you if it is convenient to you, you can develop
