SkUnity Community Server [Pre-Beta]

Okay I will keep this short, this is more for a few of us to discuss. King, Plutoren and I are planning on making an SkUnity Community Server. This will be a simple server for us to play on, have some fun, and maybe add some scripts to test.

Plugin Ideas:
- EssentialsX (Just for basic admins stuff + Eco/Spawn/Tp/Homes -- Or a custom system)
- EpicWorldGenerator (I have purchased this, might as well put it to use)
- WorldBorder
- MultiVerse
- GriefPrevention + GriefPreventionFlags (Land claiming, a simple system that is player driven)
- WorldEdit/WorldGuard (Spawn protection and such)
- McMMo (I have this purchased as well)
- JobsReborn (So players can make some money??!?)
- Some kind of shop system? (I usually use ShopChests)
- Skript (Obviously - We can add scripts/add-ons as we see fit)
- EasyBackups (A simple backup system - I have purchased this)
- PermissionsEx (I know there better perm plugins, but I know this one well, its simple, and we dont need much)
- LiteBans (Just an easy way to properly manage punishments)
- ChatControl (Skript) (Allows donators to pick chat color/format, set once, stays set, also for nicknames)
- Tablist (Skript) (Just a custom tablist I whipped up)

Here are all the plugins I have in my purchase list on Spigot if you think we should add any of these.

Things I would like to avoid:
- Voting system (Really not necessary)
- BuyCraft/Tebex (If player's want donator rank, they can donate to SkUnity)

Worlds:
- Main world (Players can claim land, build, etc) (Size 5k x 5k?)
- Resource World (This is something I have done in the past, a resettable world, where players can explore, hunt, loot, trash, etc, without worrying about destruction in the main world) (Vanilla GEN)
- Nether (Write a system to deter going on nether roof)
- TheEnd (remove it?!?!?)

Ideas:
- Shop (Keep it stupidly simple, no need to give EVERYTHING away for super low prices)
- Jobs (Default config from JobsReborn, seems to be set up alright)
- Spawn (¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - Need someone to build it?!?! I suck at building spawns)

Ranks:
  • Player (We could think of a better name) (default rank)
    • 3 set homes
    • 3 max jobs
  • Donator (Will match with SkUnity donators)
    • 6 set homes
    • 5 max jobs
    • /nick (Set their own nickname with color)
    • ChatColors
    • ChatFormats (bold, underline, italics)
    • /pWeather (Set your client side weather)
    • /pTime (Set your client side time)
  • Moderator
    • Moderate chat and players
    • Access to LiteBans (mute/tempmute/ban/tempban/kick/warn)
  • Admin
    • Manage staff and player
  • HeadAdmin
    • Heads of server
    • Full control over the server

And yes, I vote for pex too, its simple and we really don't need anything special.
 
I would rather have LuckPerms just because I love it but it's up to you guys.

Other than that, a pretty nice idea. I'd also like to throw in some ideas for the server, once I get the time, I'll be telling you guys about it.

Im totally ok with LuckPerms, but I only used ever so briefly.
I have already set up most of the perms in PEX... but if we so choose to switch to LuckPerms, I believe LP has a command to transfer perms

Sweet,
I already have EWG and its live on the server.
Featherboard, not sure if that's totally necessary on a survival server.... don't really know what we would use it for.
Actionbar.... Ill have to look that up, is that one of Maxim's plugins?
ParticlePictures.... not a clue what that is :emoji_wink: haha!
