Skript wont work?

    Hi so my friend runs a server on Shockbyte named "NobleMC" and on KitPvP, Skript works but none of the scripts do. I enable and reload all of them and NONE of our skripts have errors, I am his Developer and I do all of the skripts on the server, I checked Every Single Addon and it wont work. We are on Spigot 1.14.4 And the addons we have are; Skript, SkQuery, Skellet, SK-NbeeT, skRayFall, TuSKe, skUtilities. Please help as i don't know WHY in the world it wont work.
