Skript timings, what causes the lagg.

Hey i recently took this timing:

Can any one tell me what:

Is?
Cuz that causes the lagg.
What is it exactly?

That's just it loading all of your scripts on startup, it's not actually causing the lag while your server is running. It looks like it's mostly your "on command" events that are slow.
