Have you tried searching the Forums? Yes, but did not find anything.
What other methods have you tried to fix it? Tried to switch to CraftBukkit, Spigot and Paper, Tried other Versions of Skript, Tried other Versions of SQLibrary, Tried other versions of SkQuery
