Looking through the file, there's no mention of SkBee. What are you doing when that happens?

start.sh is a shell script, not related to Skript the plugin.

it just likes to crash now [Skript variable save thread/INFO]: [Skript] Skript cannot save any variables to the database 'default'. The server will hang and may crash if no more variables can be saved.

Looks like you're trying to save too many variables at once.
