RandomSK is outdated and unsupported. Several addons have already ported over several features that RandomSK had, including Umbaska 2 and Skellet. What features are you looking for?

Note that this is not a supported version of RandomSK, since it is being uploaded by someone else, and you should not come here for issues that you may have. It is suggested that you ask other addon developers (I believe Umbaska was adding RandomSK features) to add these features.

If it doesn't work being the lastest version of Spigot and everything.

I suggest looking into MundoSk. You can send packets such as the chest animation to players and the world. It does the same thing just way more updated.
