Sitting

I was wondering if there was away to make someone sit on someone
when a staff member is in staffmode and they click on that player with a item it makes them sit on top of them sorta like this but on top of the player -

Edit: They also have to be vanished.

For the vanishing, also do some research.

I know the vanishing just didn't want anything to show like a armor stand or something

just a guess

On right click with stick:
 Clicked entity is a player
 If Passenger of clicked entity is a player:
  Stop
 Make player ride clicked entity
 Vanish clicked entity
