Should i create a Ban Skript?

Based on the very little info you have given us, I would say No.
Why? Because there are so many plugins out there, that already take care of this task.
MOST servers use essentials, and essentials has that built in.
Theres tons and tons of ban plugin options so really no point.
Now if you were going to create something unique then I might say yes, but the title of this thread is "Should i create a ban skript?"
Based on the title, and the lack of info you are providing, im sticking with my vote for NO
