i know, how send player a green tint:
code_language.skript: 
send red tint to victim with fadeTime 1, intensity 2 and damageMode true

but, is it possible send player a green tint?
 
Probably not because the red tint is a Minecraft warning for coming too close to the border (I think) and its color is defined in the client, not via the server
