Skript Russian documentation

Some time ago (a year ago) I wrote the documentation for Skript in russian. There are some shortcomings, how could it be without them, but there I touched on the basic aspects of creating a server, programming, etc. Maybe someone will need it, due to the lack of other documentation in russian.
