how can i make on right click on anvil it will automatic repair your item with skript??

can you make it with cost because when i make it with cost it repairs and take the gold but when i right click with tool thats already repaired it also takes gold

on right click on anvil:
    if player has (NUM HERE) of (ITEM HERE):
        tool of player doesn't have max durability
        repair tool of player
        remove (SAME NUM HERE) of (ITEM HERE) from player's inventory
