    I was wondering if it’s possible to remove these “+5 attack damage” from items like swords, pickaxes, etc?

    I want to have my own lores which are simple to make but want to get rid of this text and don’t know how to.

    Also, how can I remove the 1.9 item texts? and enchantment texts of an item?

    All you need to do is hide the item meta (pretty sure that’s how it works).

    You can add "HideFlags:63" to the nbt of the item to hide it.

    2 examples:
    Code (Skript):
    1.
    2. set {_item} to 1 of diamond sword with nbt "{HideFlags:63}" named "&cTest" with lore "&cTest"
    3.
    4. set {_item} to 1 of diamond sword named "&cTest" with lore "&cTest"
    5. add "{HideFlags:63}" to nbt of {_item}
    6.
    You need SkStuff for this
