permission: grinder.rank
permission message: &5You need Grinder Rank for this
cooldown: 24 hours
cooldown message: &6The cooldown is 24 hours wait to use it again!
trigger:
apply strength to player for 300 seconds
send "&6You have recieved Strength wait another 24 hours before using &5Grinder &6command again."

you can use the little format button </> and that should allow you to format code or just use [ CODE][ /CODE]
