#it's my first skript writing and posting HOPEE it works!

command /Grinder:
permission: grinder.rank
permission message: &5You need Grinder Rank for this
cooldown: 24 hours
cooldown message: &6The cooldown is 24 hours wait to use it again!
trigger:
apply strength to player for 300 seconds
send "&6You have recieved Strength wait another 24 hours before using &5Grinder &6command again."

Do u want to put a in a prefix that already exist or make a new one like:

options:
prefix: hello

command /hello:
trigger:
send "%prefix%" to player

???
