Hello!

I try to make a 100 block radius. In this radius nobody should can place lava. But nothing works so i thought maybe someone can help me here!
 
Code: 
on place of lava:
    if "%region at player%" contains "Your Region Name":
        cancel event
        send "&cYou may not place lava in this region"
