Suggested name: PlotMines

What I want:
So I want a skript where you can make your own plotmine so like this plugin here https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/plotmines.19108/ if you can make this dm on discord Purplegigabyte#9005

Ideas for commands: /plotmines, /plotmines list, /plotmines give <player> <tier> [amount], /plotmines reset, /plotmines reload

Ideas for permissions: plotmines.list, plotmines.reload, plotmines.give, plotmines.reset

When I'd like it by: Anytime
