Is it possible to insert a text with skript under the player name like here (1.8.9):

Yeah. It's possible with Skellett or SkRayFall to create holograms. Maybe you could place them right under the nickname.
If this does not work (or the performance is just too bad, because when the player moves you have to move the hologram with him), there is a way to add holograms above (and I think) under the nametags of players. But I don't know how currently
