hi,
i'm not getting an error, but it's not going into the if loop.

Code:
command /yumurtakutusuver [<player>]:
   permission: hephaistoskasa.ver
   permission message: &5&lRiaGame &7&l>> &cyetkin yok.
   trigger:
      if arg-1 is set:
         set {_placeholder} to placeholder "coinsengine_balance_riacoin" from arg-1
         broadcast "%{_placeholder}%"
         if {_placeholder} > 58:
            broadcast "dfdfgdgdfggfdgfd"
            give chest of protection 10 named "Yumurta Kutusu" to arg-1

If is not a loop. As for why it isn't going into the if statement, then I wouldn't know, you might broadcast the {_placeholder} variable before and after parsing to check if it is parsable into an integer.

Also this is really unnecessary:
code_language.skript:
set {_var} to "10" parsed as int
Just do this:
code_language.skript:
set {_var} to 10
