    Is there a way to have a placed block have a name? I can't figure out how to do this, but it would be really helpful if someone knew how! My current code is below.
    Code (Text):
    1. on break of dirt:
    2.     if name of event-block is "Test":
    3.         send ":)"

    You would need variables to do that, if you plan on using this a lot than that might become a bit laggy but something like this should work.

    Code (Text):
    1. On place:
    2.     set {name::%event-block%} to event-player's tool's name
    3.
    4. on break:
    5.     if {name::%event-block%} is "Test":
    6.         send ":)"
    7.     clear {name::%event-block%}
