Im trying to recreate machines in the style of Slimefun's. I need to know how I can detect the placement of a specific type of block on a type of block.

code_language.skript: 
on place of quartz on iron block:
    send "&7You Made A Converter!"
 
code_language.skript: 
on place of quartz:
    if block under block-event is iron block:
        send "&7You Made A Converter!"
wooow.. wait
