Picture in Chat?

Is it possible to check a picture from google and send it in chat?
(Example: show players skull in chat)

Yes, but it wouldn't be easy. You will first have to scale the image down to a size that fits in chat, then you apply the color scheme from the minecraft chat colors. After that, you can loop the pixels and send them to a player.

Well you could use skript-mirror with BufferedImage and ImageIO. But if you've never used Java (in Skript or not) before, I wouldn't recommend trying this.

I would recommend you to do something else, unless you're confident you can do it. You could also search for a Minecraft image to chat sytem, which you could use by executing console commands.
