Suggested name: Command with permanent holo

Spigot/Skript Version: 1.15.2

What I want: i would like skript where is command like /status <text>
you can set text and it will just show above player hologram that will go with him and will be there forever and will dissappear only when /stopstatus

Ideas for commands: /status <text> , /stopstatus

Ideas for permissions: nothing
