Template for creating particle (and non-particle) weapons. Includes 9 configurable example weapons.

I don't know what versions this works on. I've only tried 1.19. Tell me if you find out.

- /weapons update
- /weapons list
- /weapons get [weapon]
- /weapons info [weapon]
