how do I make the function title(), subTitle() based on MundoSk?

code_language.skript:

   set {_packet} to new play_server_chat packet
   set "chatcomponent" pjson 0 of {_packet} to packetJson({_text})
   set byte pnum 0 of {_packet} to 2
   while {_time} != 0:
       send {_player} packet {_packet}
       remove 1 from {_time}
       wait 1 tick
