Operator Command Tracker

    Hi all,

    This script tracks the usage of /op and related commands, and spits it out in a file that can be designated in the options. The only command is "/operatortracker", which gives basic information about the script.

    - It requires SkUtilities, due to all the file management stuff. Yes, the plugin says 1.11, but it works perfectly fine on my 1.19.3 server, and should work for all other versions.
