I'm trying to figure out if there is a syntax for Opening a book with specified text.
    Example:

You can do this with Skellett, I don't remember the syntax so I'll tag @LimeGlass for this.

It's actually very simple. You can't do the click gui in books (Json) yet. I'm working on it using the Bungeecord API implanted in Spigot for it. I can say it's different.

Anyways here is the open book effect.

    Code (Skript):
    1. #Setting a variable to a written book or book and quill
    2. set {book} to player's tool
    3.
    4. #Then later use
    5. open book {book} to player
You can also use a book in the syntax, but it's easier explaining it with variables.

Here are all the book syntax to edit and manipulate books

    Code (Skript):
    1.   Books:
    2.   - book %itemstack% (1¦(ha(s[n[']t]|ve)|contain[s])|2¦(do[es](n't| not) have| do[es](n't| not) contain)) [had] [an] [book [meta]] author
    3.   - '[the] [book[''s]] author of %itemstack%'
    4.   - '%itemstack%''s [book] author'
    5.   - '[the] [book[''s]] generation %itemstack%'
    6.   - '%itemstack%''s [book] generation'
    7.   - '[the] [book[''s]] page %number% (of|in) [book] %itemstack%'
    8.   - '%itemstack%''s [book] page %number%'
    9.   - '[the] [book[''s]] title of %itemstack%'
    10.   - '%itemstack%''s [book] title'
    11.   - book %itemstack% (1¦(ha(s[n[']t]|ve)|contain[s])|2¦(do[es](n't| not) have| do[es](n't| not) contain)) [had] [a] [book [meta]] title
    12.   - add [a] page [with] [(text|data)] [%-string%] to [book] %itemstack%
    13.   - '[(the|all)] [of] [the] [book] pages [(from|of)] [book] %itemstack%'
    14.   - book %itemstack% (1¦(ha(s[n[']t]|ve)|contain[s])|2¦(do[es](n't| not) have| do[es](n't| not) contain)) [had] [a] [book [meta]] generation
    15.   - open book %itemstack% to %player%

Now you can't , there isn't an expression or condition for that.

You can use skStuff and create an item with nbt, then add the clickable text on the nbt of the item and then opening the book with Skellett.
