On quit causing lag - is it skript or worldguard?

There is a tiny lag / freeze the moment a player logs out of my server. I have trouble finding the plugin which is causing this. It could be Skript or Worldguard (both are listed red in the timings). Can you help me? What do you think could cause the freeze?
