Need help to make command on world

hello mates , im on my work to doing a server but i cant make a skript that the console executes a command on a specific world like that:
every second:
loop all players in world "plots":
make console execute command "summon FallingSand 39 70 8" in world "plots"

it dont works and i need that the console execute it , becouse i dont want that other players see the message

Hello, the command for this skript is this:

every second:
loop all players in world "plots":
execute console command "/summon FallingSand 39 70 8" in world "plots"
