im trying to make a loop while someone is actively mining a block and inside of the loop...every 20 ticks have it add 1 to a variable but have the loop stop and reset to 0 whenever the player stops mining the block

any and all help is very much appreciated
 
I dont have one...I'm trying to get help to make one
